Leave the busy main streets, come down the long driveway to where my studio sits in a country park like setting. You will leave refreshed, relaxed and ready to go back out into the world. If you prefer, leave the commute to me. I will come to you with everything necessary to turn a small piece of your home into your own private spa. odds & ends

All services are by appointment only and no same day walk ins can be accepted. Please arrive 10 minutes before you scheduled session. As a courtesy to the next client, late arrivals can not be extended but you will be offered a shortened session. You are responsible for full payment. If you find you need to cancel for any reason please give 24 hours notice. If its your first visit you will fill out a short intake form. We will talk about about any concerns or questions you may have. My goal is for you to feel safe and comfortable. Your privacy is always respected and you will be draped during the session. To receive maximum benefits from your session please feel free to communicate during the service about things such as temperature, pressure, music, thirst etc. Tipping is not required. Of course I appreciate it if you wish to tip, but please know that your return visit and referral of my services to others is a gracious tip as well.

my thoughts on massage

I am a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist and body worker who graduated from Brenneke School of Massage. I believe people have vastly different needs when it comes to massage and body work. Your massage will be a fusion of techniques just for  you. I see each person as a whole and hope to help you feel the three dimensional aspect of your body. I  believe in sharing information and helping you to understand and appreciate all your body does for you. This is our one and only body and I am passionate about making it work to your advantage. I'll gladly give you tips on self care and stretching to help with maintaining balance between your scheduled sessions.

Massage can be truly healing for the mind, body and spirit.  I see people from 8 to 88 plus and I  look forward to meeting you and sharing how massage and bodywork  can make a positive impact on your life.
